Im not too knowledgeable about grading these earlies but I would call it Fine net VG. It has an obverse cud at "IB" and some lumps at the date. This coin was part of Sam Thurman's cud collection of large cents. It is the plate coin used for Sam's book "The Cud Book". It is listed on page 3 as LCC-1800-3. Update....Grellman called it a Fine 12+/10 for scratches. LDS Breen III or IV. ex Sam Thurman 10/10/06. ex Larry Lee 3/24/86.

1800 S-199 cent with a reverse crack right of "OF" and a small cud above "F". The coin was struck on a thin planchet. ex Sam Thurman 10/10/06. ex Coins and Such 7/31/95.

1800 S-203 LDS Breen V with heavy reverse die damage at "TES O". It has choice color but a heavy rim dent at "RT". Grellman graded 4/3 for the dent. ex Sam Thurman 10/10/06. ex J.B. 5/31/92.
