Im not too knowledgeable about grading these earlies but I would call it Fine net VG. It has an obverse cud at "IB" and some lumps at the date. This coin was part of Sam Thurman's cud collection of large cents. It is the plate coin used for Sam's book "The Cud Book". It is listed on page 3 as LCC-1800-3.
